A: We use A.I. design renderings to visualize pieces. Each final piece may have small natural variations.

Q: What’s the difference between solid gold and gold-plated?
A: - Solid gold = 10k/14k/18k gold alloy (mixed with silver/copper)

- Gold-plated = real gold over sterling silver via rhodium electroplating — a durable, premium finish. All products are hallmarked and FTC compliant.

Q: Are your prices final?
A: Prices may change without notice due to fluctuating metal costs.

A: 50% upfront to begin production. Remaining 50% due at completion. No exceptions.

A: No — all custom and modified items are final sale.

Q: Can I use my own gemstone?
A: Yes, with a signed waiver. Divine .925 is not liable for loss or damage.

Q: How long does a custom order take?
A: 4–6 weeks from design approval. Rush orders may be possible.

A: Free polish with select purchases. Must be used within 6–12 months from date of purchase.

Q: What does your warranty cover?
A: 6-month warranty includes:

- Corrosion

- Surface oxidation

- Lost stones

- Chipped enamel
Items must be inspected before replacement. Shipping not included.
